eTOPS Notes Column

The Notes Column in the eTOPS schedule can hold up to 170 characters and is a great place for extra information about individual Sessions. From specifying actual off-Branch locations to reminders to bring a bathing suit, specific information can now be easily entered and found without members having to call or email.

Mobile Site

CSTwo now has a Mobile version that allows consumers to take the Y with them. Members can get caught up on the latest happenings at branches or find the perfect exercise class...anytime, anywhere. The Mobile Site is automatically displayed to smart-phones in a format that is easy to navigate. Visitors can access program schedules, dates, times, individual branch news, and lots more—all in the palm of their hand. Best of all, the mobile site uses the same information displayed on the main site, so there is no additional data to manage.

UPDATE-Ability to Filter AND Sort Sessions

eTOPS has recently been updated for all new CSTwo sites to allow a user to both Filter and Sort all Sessions in a Class. They can now narrow down Sessions by Branch and then sort by date, time, or day of week.

Small Fix for “Branch Specific” Programs today - Faux Categories

There was a small bug-fix implemented today.

The new 2011 version of Peashooter allows the placement of virtual, or faux, categories. With this feature, a category such as 'Water Fitness' can appear in both the Swim and Fitness areas but the schedule only has to be maintained once.

While these "faux categories" displayed as intended from the primary navigation, they were not being shown on Branch-Specific program lists. The main categories were shown correctly.

We have implemented a patch that includes these new 'virtual categories' on the branch-specific list of programs and that can be reached from branch home pages.
