Branch “Hot Button” Calendar

Google Calendars is an effective way to keep track of everything going on in a Y. We can add a customized version for each branch, and locate it on the Branch News Page. Individuals at the YMCA control all of the information, and because it is a calendar, you do not have to remember to go in and delete events once the dates pass.

Locations Icon Drop Down Menu

The Locations icon takes the user to the Locations Map. With the drop down menu on this icon, the user has the choice of going directly to their branch, or to the static map page.

Child Care Bulleted Lists

Similar Child Care Categories can now be stacked under one common description and separated with bullets. All of the maps function the same way they did before.

Translate Button

A Translation Button can be added to the site. This feature will translate every page into the selected language (over 60 languages).

Register Soon on the Schedule

When a registration code is entered into the schedule the session line reads “Register Now” whether a session is active or not. This feature can be updated to say “Register Soon” until registration is open. At which time it will automatically change to “Register Now.”
